How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Coordinator, Licensing Toys will support the Regional Director by ensuring effective follow-up on requests coming from global teams, coordinating and consolidating LATAM responses, and tracking regional and Americas-level requirements. This role will work closely with Category, Finance, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure the successful execution of the strategy defined by the Regional Director, delivering results on time, and aligned with financial objectives.
The position will have full visibility and close interaction with the US teams, as well as cross-regional collaboration with EMEA and APAC teams, ensuring alignment, information flow, and consistency across regions.
This role contributes to the organization by enabling efficient business operations, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring timely execution of key administrative, analytical, and strategic processes across the area.
The Coordinator, Licensing Toys will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and consolidate inputs and responses from LATAM to global and regional teams.
- Track and follow up on key requests and initiatives coming from LATAM, Americas, and global stakeholders.
- Support the execution of commercial and marketing strategies to achieve financial and sell-out objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with Category, Finance, Marketing, Retail, and Business Analytics teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Provide visibility and status updates on key initiatives to the Regional Director and relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in product development discussions from a commercial and regional perspective.
- Ensure governance, discipline, and on-time execution of the area’s administrative and operational processes.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred background in Sales, Finance, or Marketing).
- Leadership experience preferred (not mandatory); we look for positive, proactive individuals with strong ownership and genuine involvement with our brands.
- Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong selling, negotiation, presentation, communication, and oral presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and understand financial performance and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of Disney systems (Selectica, Invision, OPA, etc.) is a plus (training will be provided).
- Advanced level of English.
