How will you contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Sr. Analyst, Contract Analysis will be part of the Sourcing team and will support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for third-party professional services. This role will be responsible for managing key supplier Project Statements of Work (PSOWs), redlining and negotiating contract terms, coordinating internal and supplier reviews, and ensuring accurate documentation of amendments and contract data. The Sr. Analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert on contract processes, supporting business stakeholders and providing guidance to junior staff. This position plays a critical role in ensuring contract compliance and driving value through the company’s supplier relationships.

The Sr. Analyst, Contract Analysis will be responsible for: 

  • Manage key supplier Project Statements of Work (PSOWs), including reviewing, redlining, and coordinating internal and supplier approvals.
  • Manage the normalization of key supplier contracts as modified by amendments and maintain accurate databases for reporting and tracking.
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business strategies, opportunities, and trends to consult on and influence managed and professional services strategies.
  • Manage the annual Volume Discount validation with key suppliers and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure credits are obtained and applied.
  • Create and maintain process, training, and contract documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders and junior staff on contract tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Act as a point of reference and resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, HR, Sourcing, Business Units) to ensure alignment on contract terms, timelines, and deliverables.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in contract management, IT or business services, or procurement.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Legal, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience drafting, redlining, and managing contracts or Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Experience in vendor negotiations and contracting for managed and professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience working with contract and workflow management tools such as ServiceNow, Coupa, DocuSign, or FileMaker Pro.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporate environment is a plus.
