How will you contribute to our magical experience?:
The Analyst, Contract Analysis will be part of the Sourcing team and will support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for third-party professional services. This role will be responsible for administering contract requests, processing Statements of Work, coordinating reviews and approvals, and ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and procedures. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with business units, Finance, Legal, HR, and Sourcing to facilitate efficient and accurate execution of contracts, and will contribute to improving internal processes and reporting to drive operational excellence.
The Analyst, Contract Analysis will be responsible for:
- Administer contract requests for services with third-party suppliers through workflow tools from initiation through execution.
- Process simple Statements of Work and Amendments submitted by business stakeholders and suppliers.
- Coordinate contract review and approvals with business units, suppliers, HR, Finance, Legal, and Sourcing partners.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and maintain accurate contract records and electronic filing.
- Document and update internal processes to ensure compliance with company policies and Records Information Management standards.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on contract workflow tools, templates, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms, timelines, and deliverables.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or business services.
- Advanced level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and basic understanding of procurement workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with workflow and contract management tools such as ServiceNow, Coupa, DocuSign, or FileMaker Pro is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational corporate environment is a plus.
