How you will contribute to our magical experience:
As a Sales Planner for Sports, you will play a key role in translating Disney’s sports content — across TV, streaming, and digital — into impactful advertising opportunities. With a strong understanding of media and a digital-first mindset, you'll help structure our programming into strategic offerings, while supporting client needs and unlocking new revenue possibilities. You’ll also lead post-sales reporting and contribute to the renewal of key partnerships, becoming a trusted partner in driving long-term value. This is a unique moment of growth for our team — and your insights will help shape the next chapter of our media journey.
You will be responsible for:
Translating TWDC assets into creative and strategic advertising opportunities tailored to your client portfolio.
Partnering with Account Executives to build commercial proposals that align with client needs and drive revenue.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as OPEC, Revenue Research, Creative Brand Solutions, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Consumer Products to ensure operational alignment.
Researching and analyzing market trends and audience data to support persuasive sales narratives.
Supporting the creation of institutional materials like Media Kits and Rate Cards.
Strengthening communication with agencies and direct clients, acting as a key support to Account Executives.
Preparing post-sales wrap-ups for major deals and projects, contributing to property renewals.
Building customized presentations with insights by client or industry segment to enhance pitch storytelling and executive speech.
Working in a hybrid model, with presence at our WTC and Sumaré offices to foster collaboration and alignment.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, preferably with knowledge of 360° media proposals.
Basic skills in video editing.
Passion for storytelling, teamwork, and delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of media planning, especially across TV, digital, and streaming platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialization in Advertising or related fields is a plus.
Experience in developing branded content proposals or custom media projects.

Languages: You’ll need at least intermediate English to navigate internal collaborations and support sales materials. Basic Spanish is also a plus, especially when connecting with regional partners.
