How will you contribute to our magical experience?:
We’re looking for an organized and collaborative professional to join our team as a Streaming & Digital Operational Booker. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Sales and Advertising teams, ensuring the smooth execution of streaming and digital campaigns across The Walt Disney Company’s portfolio. Acting as a dedicated partner, you’ll bring a deep understanding of Ad Sales’ priorities and a strong operational mindset to manage orders, monitor campaigns, and support billing processes.
The Assistant, Digital Booking will be responsible for:
- Manage the timely entry of all cross-portfolio streaming and digital orders into Operative One (Op1).
- Monitor, modify, and implement order optimizations within Op1 as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to ensure that verified creatives and order data are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support monthly data compilation and reporting processes.
- Oversee the monthly billing and revenue reconciliation, partnering with Credit & Collections and Finance teams.
- Provide ongoing support to Sales, Planning, and Billing teams regarding reconciliation and billing inquiries.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications.
- Ideally, you bring experience in advertising, media, or digital operations.
- Previous experience with digital advertising and knowledge of Operative One (Op1) is a strong plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
