The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team. 
 

Job Summary:

Within the Business Operations organization, the Senior Program Manager – Onboarding & Support is a senior-level role focused on driving efficiency and coordination across cross-functional programs. This position is responsible for overseeing our internal onboarding program to ensure new hires are supported effectively and processes run smoothly, while aligning with the organization’s strategic goals. The role includes monitoring and managing onboarding inquiries, driving proactive outreach to ensure readiness, and maintaining documentation for continuous improvement.
 

The Senior Program Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, stakeholders, and executive leadership to coordinate initiatives that achieve business objectives. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Own the Technology Onboarding Program, including reporting and metrics.
  • Foster team dynamics, morale, and motivation, promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Demonstrate leadership through collaboration, work ethic, creative thinking, and inspiring others.
     

Onboarding Experience Management

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the onboarding Teams channel and shared inbox, providing timely support and guidance to new hires.
  • Manage proactive outreach initiatives to ensure all new hires are fully prepared and ready for their first day.
     

Process Documentation & Improvement

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding FAQs, self-service guides, and other support documentation.
  • Track recurring questions, trends, and challenges to identify opportunities for process improvements or program enhancements.
  • Constantly evaluate and refine operational processes with every iteration.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external vendors as needed to drive program success.
  • Identify training gaps, recurring support needs, and tooling issues, providing recommendations to improve onboarding and operational processes.
     

Communication and Negotiation

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Skillfully negotiate solutions for competing requirements, priorities, or stakeholder preferences.
     

Process Improvement and Learning

  • Take initiative, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and quickly learn new systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, support, and operational programs.
     

Required Education and Experience/Skills/Training:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Established in Program Management with 5+ years of experience 
  • Proven track record with Agile project management in a hands-on role as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master teams
  • Experience collaborating with product, design and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and engage with engineering teams to drive projects forward
  • Ability to identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate risks to internal and external partners
  • Proactive approach, able to initiate conversations and guide other program leads in process development, consistently evaluating and improving processes at every iteration
  • Developed essential soft skills, including meeting leadership, communication, teamwork, collaboration, flexibility, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification or similar preferred
  • Expertise in delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, etc.)
  • Experience with headcount and/or resource management

The hiring range for this position in New York is $107,400.00 to $147,600.00 per year and in California is $105,100.00 to $140,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.






 


The hiring range for this position in New York is $107,400.00 to $147,600.00 per year and in California is $105,100.00 to $140,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
