About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Operations Producer to join the Disney+ Iberia Creative Operations team. This role focuses on adapting and localizing Disney+ assets and coordinating the lifecycle of marketing materials for campaigns across Iberia. You will support the delivery and tracking of creative assets, ensuring alignment with Disney+ brand strategy and creative guidelines.
The position involves adapting promotional materials, managing approvals, and delivering assets for successful implementation of Disney+ campaigns. Creative development spans media planning, social media content, press kits, PR, performance marketing, customer management, partnerships, and synergy initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility
- Produce high-quality concept art and generate ideas for artworks across multiple consumer touchpoints.
- Deliver creative assets for streaming service campaigns, including digital and print formats.
- Create and adapt email templates and campaigns for prospects and members.
- Translate, localize, and adapt campaign assets across various formats (display, rich media, print, in-app design, partnerships).
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to adapt creative assets for brand, social, performance, and customer management.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and product strategy.
- Manage workflow of materials, including technical needs, formats, and campaign taxonomy.
- Oversee asset delivery and maintain accurate records to guarantee timely communication and delivery.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity across all work delivered.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Expertise in motion graphics and audio-visual editing.
- Ability to create assets from scratch (digital and print).
- Translation and localization of assets (English ↔ Spanish).
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent English.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Media Encoder, and After Effects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in media/entertainment or creative agencies in asset management or editing.
- Solid understanding of digital design principles and print production.
- Experience in asset editing (static and video) and familiarity with multiple content repositories.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, social, and performance content.
- In-house experience preferred; freelance acceptable.
- Nice-to-have: Entertainment industry background and account management skills.
