Descrição do cargo:

The Global Security Investigations (GSI) team is responsible for a variety of investigative activities within The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) and affiliated companies, to include:
  • Conducting investigations on matters including: fraud, intellectual property loss and theft; personal information loss and theft; employee misconduct; physical property theft; workplace violence issues; and cybercrimes.
  • Leading threat assessments and developing threat mitigation strategies.
  • Partnering with other business units (HR/ER, Legal, etc.), within and outside of Global Security, to develop protocols, response, and investigative plans for workplace safety and security incidents.
  • Collaborating with business units to develop proactive measures to capture and maintain incident reports and prevent security incidents.
  • Teaming with various units within TWDC, affiliated companies, other corporate security investigations teams, and law enforcement representatives at the local, federal, and international levels to facilitate investigations and collaborate to promote and practice preventative initiatives.

Responsabilidades:

The Business Integration Project Manager role is an experienced team leader responsible for the project management, assessment, and change management of the Company’s new Security Incident Management Eco-System that will streamline and automate the handling of security-related incidents that affect TWDC. This full-lifecycle software platform would address incident remediation to root cause analysis and corrective action. The Business Integration Project Manager role will proactively work with functional leaders across the Enterprise, they will manage projects and participate in the detailed collection and evaluation of current state processes and make recommendations for process improvements. They will summarize their findings against potential future states to all levels of leadership, showcasing how Security Operations can drive early awareness of trends, patterns, and security risks. They will also determine future state resources and processes while developing and executing change management plans. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Establish consistent, proactive and effective communication channels as primary liaison with clients, technical personnel, and supporting business-units domestically and internationally to manage project progress to conclusion.
  • Will serve as the global administrator of the eco-system, responsible for creating, maintaining, and documenting new user profiles, group and site requirements, process flows, and reporting and analytics.
  • Will lead and oversee a group of sub-admins, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidance.
  • Establish protocols to respond and remediate any network or software failures to ensure business continuity and positive user experience.
  • Host of the Security Incident Management governance board to illicit new ideas for innovation and additions to the enterprise roadmap.
  • Solicit, develop, and lead effort for overall Security Incident Management improvement, from analyzing existing available technology and taking steps to proactively understand the needs of the various teams and segments.
  • Communicates highly complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at executive leadership levels, to adopt a different point of view.
  • Manage communications between internal users, leadership, enterprise technology and external vendors. Ensure swift response to requests and thorough completion of tasks.

Qualificações básicas:

  • Minimum 2+ years of significant responsibilities in project management with proven ability to develop, utilize, and execute project plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and process mapping and evaluation with a minimum 2+ years of experience with business process analysis.
  • Experience managing complex end-to-end projects across business units on a global scale.
  • Familiar with the Disney culture and branding.
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen, and ability to identify and utilize metrics tied to project value.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Ability to synthesize, collate, and extract data and provide process recommendations to a variety of audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of tools, processes and resources needed to support integrated global innovation initiatives, including cloud-hosted software.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess the interdependencies of work processes very quickly.
  • Adaptable, flexible, well organized, and creative.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influence and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Track record of successful partnerships with leaders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualificações desejadas:

  • Experience in security incident management systems.
  • Experience with producing basic statistics and producing case analysis data.
  • Experience in analyzing and merging large data sets from one data tool to another, as well as establishing new business processes within a globally diverse company.
  • Expertise of technological alignment, design, configuration, user acceptance, and deployment of cloud based security reporting software.
  • Basic understanding of programming, databases, CRM, business intelligence, and Operations (JIRA, SDE, Etc.)
  • Experience in fortune 500 corporate structure and culture.
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust business hours to help serve teams in various time zones.
  • Project management certification.

Formação necessária:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems/or comparable cumulative education/certifications (PMI, ScrumMaster, PMP, etc.)
