About the Role & Program:
The ABC Owned TV (OTV) Station Group is seeking a Data Analytics Intern who will be a critical contributor to the Analytics and Insights team. This team supports the ABC Owned TV local news stations, specifically digital, for eight key local audiences across the United States and the division content portfolio to address optimization opportunities, providing the data backbone for strategy, content, marketing, operations, and product-related decision making across the OTV business unit.

This internship is a full-time, 6-month commitment in the Glendale, CA area from January 2026 through June 2026.
What You Will Do:
Support ad-hoc data retrieval and preparing recurring reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) that are distributed across the group, and this includes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reports and campaign performance reports
Collect, validate, and maintain historical datasets from various third-party sources
Maintain technical documentation
Solidify validity of insights and explain those findings in a concise manner
Monitor industry trends and interpret the potential implications for the business
Implement and develop dashboards and reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to parse, analyze and interpret data in spreadsheet form
Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple projects
High attention to detail and experience in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing data analysis/financial models or experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital media, social media platforms and/or experience on the content-publishing side is preferred
Experience analyzing large datasets in Snowflake
Experience with Airtable or Trello for project tracking
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Product Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related major preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Internship Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information:
This internship is a full-time, 6-month commitment in the Glendale, CA area from January 2026 through June 2026.
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, CA area.
Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work in the Glendale, CA area

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
