As a Travel Pricing Analyst, Travel Management for Disney Cruise Line you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment of airfares and inventory supporting Disney Cruise Line and Adventures & Expeditions. As you oversee fare management, maintain contract compliance, and support pricing initiatives that drive guest, and crew travel programs, you will contribute to revenue growth, operational excellence, and the enhancement of the guest and crew experience. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners, supporting both day-to-day operations and broader business initiatives, while providing reporting, analytical insights, and 24/7 support as needed.

The Travel Pricing Analyst for Disney Cruise Line will report to the Manager, Travel Agency and Contracts and sits in Celebration, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of air and hotel inventory by aligning with contractual agreements and industry benchmarking.

  • Support the development and execution of air and hotel strategies, operational workflows, and both technical and business initiatives for guest and crew travel.

  • Manage and maintain fare tables and area fare support for guest and crew travel programs.

  • Oversee the filing of airline rates and inventory in Amadeus, Seaware, and Seaware Direct, ensuring compliance with all contract terms.

  • Contribute to revenue goals by supporting pricing strategies, promotional efforts, and programs designed to drive increased bookings among guests, travel agents, and internal teams.

  • Support crew travel budget objectives while upholding the Disney Difference and enhancing the overall crew travel experience.

  • Assist with operational adjustments, including guest displacements and emergency response efforts, providing seasonal and 24/7 Manager-on-Duty support as needed.

  • Deliver monthly financial and operational reports to track team performance and guide business decisions.

  • Provide flexible support across all team functions and responsibilities as business needs require.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, revenue management, or a related field, with an emphasis on travel operations or airline and/or hotel partnerships.

  • Proficiency in Amadeus or similar reservation and booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Seaware, Apollo).

  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships, including oversight of contracts and service agreements.

  • Advanced analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communicator and skilled facilitator, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels without direct authority.

  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and project coordination expertise.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and evolving priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in interpreting data, producing actionable insights, and supporting operational and financial enhancements through reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in airline and hotel operations, fare management, or travel management, with an emphasis on fare filing, contract reconciliation, pricing strategies, or travel program support.

  • Expertise in dynamic airline and hotel pricing strategies, including fare rules, margins, and revenue optimization.

  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.

  • Familiarity with emergency preparedness protocols, including support for 24/7 or seasonal operational teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
