About the Role & Program:
The SEO & Organic Search Intern will join the Media & Growth Marketing team, supporting initiatives that help Guests discover and engage with our content across search engines and emerging AI-driven search platforms. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for a college student passionate about digital marketing, interested in how AI is transforming the industry, and eager to contribute to projects that impact potential Disney guests.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 – June 2026.
What You Will Do:
Working alongside experienced SEO professionals, you’ll learn the fundamentals of organic search strategy, data analysis, and website optimization—while developing critical skills for a career in digital marketing.
Assist with keyword research and content optimization projects to improve organic search visibility.
Support SEO team members with on-page, technical, and off-site SEO initiatives.
Help monitor search performance using analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics).
Participate in research projects on emerging trends in AI-driven search and social discovery.
Assist in creating reports, presentations, and documentation for internal partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, social media, media planning, marketing strategy and product management.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming workshops to learn industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about SEO, organic search, and digital marketing.
Interest in how AI and emerging technologies are shaping the marketing landscape.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Basic familiarity with search engines, website content, or analytics tools (coursework or personal projects welcome).
Experience with Microsoft365 products and collaboration tools.
Previous involvement in marketing, communications, or digital media projects (class projects count!)
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or related major preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information:
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 – June 2026.
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $22.50 per hour.
