About the Role & Program:
The Disney Entertainment Marketing Strategy & Operations Intern, Summer/Fall 2026, will join the dynamic team at Disney Entertainment Television. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and passionate about the entertainment industry. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy and operations, contributing to the creation of award-winning content for Disney's streaming platforms and broadcast networks.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, California area from June 2026 - January 2027.
What You Will Do:
The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Summer/Fall 2026 Intern who will be an outstanding addition to the team! In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing leaders to support business strategy, day-to-day operations, and reporting needs. You’ll help evaluate and improve processes, contribute to high-priority initiatives, and partner with executive stakeholders to move projects forward. We’re seeking someone with strong operations and data analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and sharp attention to detail. On any given day you will be:
Supporting the DET Marketing team with strategic projects relating to marketing functions
Assisting in gathering and analyzing marketing data to help inform team decisions
Helping prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings and planning sessions
Documenting processes than can help identify opportunities to improve team workflows
Keeping leaders updated on Marketing activities through weekly executive reports and communications
Identifying processes that can help automate marketing workflows with emerging technologies that help free up staff for more strategic tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured planning, clear priorities, and consistent on time completion.
Direct experience with project management and project management tools like Airtable
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Excel
Prior experience in marketing or business domains, either through internships or work assignments
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the entertainment industry
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from June 2026 through January 2027
Fully available from Monday through Friday, for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, California area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
