How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, Sports Sales Strategy will play a key role in supporting the overall sports sales strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment, high-quality sales materials, and revenue optimization across all platforms.

This position will be responsible for coordinating Disney+ related tasks across departments—both pre- and post-campaign—developing internal strategy presentations and sales collateral and serving as a liaison with planning teams to maximize revenue, with a strong focus on streaming.

The Supervisor, Sports Sales Strategy will be responsible for:

  • Ensure alignment across teams on Disney+ related tasks, both pre- and post-campaign. This includes selecting events for CIO, monitoring campaign delivery, and tracking overall DAI performance in sports.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact sales materials and internal presentations to support the sports commercial strategy.
  • Act as a liaison with planning teams to maximize revenue across all platforms, with a particular focus on streaming. Identify and request adjustments to live event formats based on inventory needs, while maintaining a balanced consumer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of sports commercial strategies by analyzing performance data and recommending approaches to enhance inventory value. Support planning teams in packaging sports assets into innovative sales offerings.
  • Analyze viewership, engagement, and audience behavior across Pay TV and streaming platforms to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with Research, Business Intelligence, and Sales Operations teams to build and maintain dashboards, benchmarks, and packaging models that support data-driven decision-making.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in data insights, marketing, or related fields, with strong knowledge of the sports industry.
  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams
