How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, Treasury will join the team to support daily cash management activities, optimize liquidity processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
This role is essential for strengthening our treasury operations, safeguarding financial resources, and enabling efficient decision-making across the organization.

The Analyst, Treasury will be responsible for:

• Support the LATAM Regional Treasury Center team with regional cash operations, assuming ownership of key processes under scope.
• Manage and analyze cash positions across assigned territories, ensuring accuracy, visibility and timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow projections, funding requests and liquidity needs, and execute daily cash transactions related to territories under scope.
• Follow up on legal entities rationalization processes: prepare and analyze cash flows, coordinate capitalization and dividend payments, and interact with internal stakeholders and banks.
• Manage and maintain bank account administration, including accurate records of bank accounts, signatories, mandates and related documentation.
• Support and actively participate in LATAM RTC projects and regional initiatives, including process improvements and system implementations.
• Collaborate in the administration of proxies and banking platforms, ensuring proper access controls, governance and compliance.
• Maintain fluid interaction and coordination of tasks with Corporate Treasury (US) and other Regional Treasury Centers (UK, Singapore).
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis, dashboards and management reporting for regional and corporate stakeholders.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics or similar.
• +1 year of experience working in Treasury, Cash Management or banking environments. Hands-on experience with banking platforms administration (Interbanking, CitiDirect, FX Pulse, Nexus).
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with local, regional and global teams.
• Strong Excel management and analytical capabilities.
• Team player, with great interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken – mandatory).
