How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, Marketing Lifecycle will be part of the Growth Marketing team reporting to a Lifecycle Supervisor. This role will be at the heart of the consumer journey, supporting Disney+ with focus in engagement & retention. This person will be working in conjunction with operations, analytics and brand teams with all marketing and LOBs and across markets in order to expand the footprint of Disney Streaming Services in Latin America.

The Analyst, Marketing Lifecycle will be responsible for:

  • Develop the cross-territory and cross-company Lifecycle marketing calendar, managing email, push notification and in-app campaigns.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end campaigns, defining messaging guidelines and supporting with quality control checks.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for Disney Streaming Services in product marketing across Marketing Ops Global, Product, Marketing, Legal. Creative and Business Unit partners.
  • Collaborate and coalesce design, editorial, and creative resources across The Walt Disney Company while ensuring clear, concise messaging to subscribers.
  • Message effectively with external partners on quantifiable results of customer marketing campaigns, and return on effort.
  • Create detail reports to track campaign effectiveness and produce actionable insights to drive the campaign performance.
  • Develop regional tests, measure learn plans (across territory, lifestages & cohorts), evaluate results, and produce reports working with Analytics teams and peers.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 1 year of Lifecycle experience in marketing communication execution, developing multi-channel campaign is desirable (Preferred Industries: Streaming Services, Telecommunications, B2C).
  • Technical and analytical experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns from conception through design, development, A/B testing using both subject line and templates, analysis and performance optimization.
  • Experience in editorial or content creation.
  • Technical / specific expertise: Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop (desired), Tableau.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar is desirable.
