About the Role & Program:
The Hotels and Downtown Disney (DTD) Operations Finance Team is responsible for managing the financial and business affairs of the domestic Disney Experiences (DX) segment. In this role, you will gain valuable real-world finance experience as you learn the "why" behind business performance. You will have a proactive role in problem-solving on a results-oriented team in a collaborative environment.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Anaheim, CA from January 2026 – June 2026.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in finance as you contribute to key business decisions through analytical work and help uncover opportunities to drive results. This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Every day in this role is unique and rewarding! On any day you might:
- Collaborate with the Hotel & DTD Operations Partners and Revenue Management teams to foster a deep understanding of the business drivers and metrics to provide data needs, analytics, and actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Generate reporting and ad-hoc analyses of historical and current data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business.
- Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows.
- Feel like an “insider” when you visit the Hotels and DTD, experience a new offering, or see Guests purchasing and enjoying a product you worked on.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, VBA or Power Query, SQL, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills; Experience collecting & analyzing data and reporting on the results
- Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness and enjoy solving problems, strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and data accuracy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experiencing creating PowerPoint decks to make compelling business recommendations, overview analysis findings, and/or share general information in a compelling insightful way
- Experience with statistical modeling and/or forecasting
- Experience with one or more analytical tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, etc.)
- Exposure to the hospitality industry
Education:
- College Junior or Senior preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
- This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.
- Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation in the Anaheim, CA area for the duration of the internship program
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
